Vote for jobs: Pledge to vote YES on 64!
People in Colorado are hungry for jobs. We need to do everything that we can to create jobs that pay well and support Colorado’s families.
I’m not talking about jobs created by the current counterproductive system of prohibition such as law enforcement, drug cartels, rehab clinics, and pharmaceutical companies. I’m talking about the markets surrounding industrial hemp production, marijuana production and sales, and contractors associated with the construction of new school facilities. Need I mention all of the jobs that the state will fund with their increased tax revenues?
That’s why Colorado’s largest union, The United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Local 7, has just endorsed Amendment 64! This follows another recent endorsement by the Operative Plasterers’ and Cement Masons’ International Association (OPCMIA) Local #577.
These union endorsements, as well as yours, are crucial to our campaign. These unions represent a large demographic of families in our state. Plus they testify to the fact that we can take the sales of marijuana out of the hands of criminals and cartels, and put them in the hands of working-class citizens.
Please stand with us in support of Amendment 64.
